Somehow, I get the feeling that the first two abilities are more green than they are blue. But then again, I could see this as some kind of blue Illusion creature.

I jest. In all seriousness though, lighten up. This was just some stupid thing I made for fun and was never intended to be playable. Heck, I even gave it the Unhinged set symbol. And you know what, if you think you can make a better card?

thanks for clearing this up with your informative post.  
The artist is biased against trixie, so he made the choice to make her ineffective on purpose, choosing to make her reflect her negative show traits. He could have just as easily reflected her positive show traits, and make her even slightly useful, because as she is, she has no value whatsoever, and as I trixie fan, I find it distasteful.

Anyway, this is intentionally terrible. It’s expensive, flashy, and anyone experienced with Magic at all can curb stomp it in an instant. In other words: it’s Trixie. (Yeah, I’m not a fan.)

The main problem (aside from overcosting) is the recursive loop when two or more of her are on the battlefield, which is far more likely with the revised legend rule. It’s Escaped Shapeshifter all over again.

Well done coming up with that and the comparison to the Alicorn Amulet with what it does.
 
Without it though, she’s really trivial to destroy or negate. Very, very few decks would lack some way of countering her.
 
While using spells/abilities to call her back to your hand and then replaying her can reset her abilities and stay thematically appropriate with her tendency to appear and disappear in clouds of smoke… the mana cost is killer. Any worthwhile blue deck can find far more effective uses for 7 mana.
