Cast them into the Warp. Let Slaanesh have his/her/it’s way with them. Maybe Tzeentch has some funny experiments he can do on them.

Fluffy ponies are like Orks. No matter how many you kill, they just keep coming back to plague you.

But then you run the risk of killing unshielded personnel. Using an auspex to detect lifeforms, it’d be easy enough to get humans into a safe place without any fluffies and then vent the atmosphere out of the rest of the ship. Also, in doing this, the marines can then do a sweep of the ship, if the auspex finds any signs of life outside the sealed safe zones, they know it’s a fluffy and can just let loose with a heavy bolter, meltagun, grenades, bombs, whatever they need to… the damage can be cleaned up by Techmarines or Adeptus Mechanicus.

Worse than a Tyranid infestation. Best to use flamers to clear out some safe zones, seal the areas, marines suit up and then expose the rest of the ship to vacuum.

But there’s always the chance that they miss a few. Promethium guarantees that they all die.

It would be better to use Virus bombs, much quicker and much more cost effective.
