Rather then risk looking like a dumbass, let me correct myself. this is not an actual rule book for a MLP version of Shadowrun, it was simply a gag. 5th edition was nicknamed “Project Brony” to annoy several of the people working on it, and the name stuck. What you see here is one of twelve copies of 5th edition shadowrun with the front and back cover’s modified with pony characters.
Hmm…now I wonder. How would MLP:FiM change in the sixth world. It premiered before the main divergence point so most likely it would have still happened in the setting.
It was a combination of the two things.

Although, Jason Hardy hating bronies makes me sad. it always makes me sad when someone cool hates me for a silly reason.
