Ah. It reminded me of SCP-173, but the brown color and the cracks made me think it wasn’t.
I drew the jade ring before and probably will again sometime soon, but he had no reason to be wearing it in this picture.

You’re right, that’s not the Jade Ring, just a random bracelet. c:
The reason for the SCP tag is that SCP-173 (the one on the right, wearing legwarmers and sunglasses) is included, along with Molestia wearing a D-Class uniform and the character to the left being a Mobile Task Force member.
You think that hoof bracelet is the Jaded Ring? No, the Jaded Ring is jade. That hoof bracelet is not.
So, what is the SCP in this image? I don’t recognize it.
