Seconding the essence, though not necessarily the delivery of your argument. Four of my friends IRL are psychologists, and they have told me that the only time the term “trigger warning” should be used is when you are talking to people with mental disorder that is susceptible to psychological triggers. Ergo, the way Sarkeesian and other SJWs use the term is almost offensively wrong.

Technically, rape is a legal term, and can be defined however the legislative authorities of a sovereign area choose to define it. It’s like the difference between “killing” (ending the life of someone or something) and “murder” (ending the life of someone in a deliberate manner contrary to law, and more egregious than manslaughter or negligent homicide.)
