it’s like any time your characters start asking each other “so, what do we do now?”
you have to put down the story and scratch your head going, “I totally lost my own plot, didn’t I?”
Head canon accepted.
And gallagher117’s theory sounds pretty good to me. :3
Something made her snap.
I love this theory; reminds me a bit of The Princess creepypasta; in that the more attention is given to the titular character, the more powerful she becomes.
Like this one.
It also fits Pinkie Pie more (being 4th-Wall-breaking and whatnot).
It’s like the “Unfunnies”, just animated and with ponies!
Insane theory insane rebuttal:
Well, what I think it is is that it’s a silent plea across the fourth wall to the author/artist/audience to stop making her do these sick things to her friends.
I mean, the real reason she’s doing this is because some terrible bastards have a really sick sense of humor and find this funny. (He says, knowing full well that he falls squarely into that category.)
“Why are you doing this to me, you monster.”
I’m pretty sure I understand why Pinkie was murdering everyone. Before the video started, she got possessed by some Dragonball Z nonsense, and she couldn’t control herself.
My proof?
This gif.
Those aren’t JUST tears of “I just murdered my friends”; that’s Pinkie Pie trying to regain control after that happened. But then Fluttershy happened, and it started up again,
