So far, I only managed to use one ball in order to make vore pictures. But I’d like to do more than that and I think you could teach me how to do so.

you could always just use tissues. It doesn’t get messy if you apply them shortly before you hit your peak.

To those who are disliking this due to the subject matter, there is a filter for a reason. That Settings button up there is not just for show.
 
However, to the artist, you should be careful not to dismiss people who dislike it for other reasons such as execution or style. Filter out which comments are helpful or not to you, and you might find some great advice.

Again. I don’t hate your work because of the subject material. I hate it for the execution.

I’m not into inflation bits, but I find these kinda funny personally.  
I’ve seen much worse/disgusting pics then this honestly. This is kinda tame, and probably no different then what we’d see in the show. (Remember the Pinkie/Applejack inflation gags?) Inflation visual gags have been in cartoons sense like the ‘30s before they became known as a “fetish” online.  
At this rate, every cartoon visual gag will be a fetish, so if the cartoons couldn’t use a joke, because it might be somebody’s “fetish/obsession,” then they wouldn’t be able to do anything in the show.
 
I find the “tickle-torture” ones more creepy personally.
