One could say she is potentially the one with the least intense willpower, but the most versatility. To be generous is to be flexible afterall. (As for FS, her will is mostly repressed)
Spaghetti Lord

I honestly preffer her fighting hand to hand like she usually does.

She’s pretty physically adept, even though she’s not keen on doing it for prolongued times.
Must have something to do with her father being some kind of coach judging by his cutie mark.

Rarity’s no slouch in the magic department. Her skills aren’t as varied as Twilight’s, but what she does know she has down pat. Besides her trademark “gem sense”, she has awesome telekinetic powers. She can levitate extremely heavy objects and move them around effortlessly, and can manipulate dozens of objects at the same time. She also knows transformation magic, her “prettifying” spell as Applejack put it, which lets her do things like turn stage curtains into a fancy dress or tree branches into topiary.

Combat magic isn’t really her style, but she could probably learn it if she wanted, seeing being one of the Elements of Harmony means getting into the occasional scrap with villains.

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Rarara commanded the sky like a boss during MMC.

That scene alone (along with this comic) ruined all the jokes I wanted to make during those days about Trixie becoming the most magical Unicorn of all of Equestria the moment Twi “got a palace”. ._.

Rarity is perfectly capable of all kinds of wizardry. However, a lady rarely engages in that sort of thing.
