Most Sonic characters actually don’t have that. The only ones that do are the hedgehog characters, and Mina Mongoose (and her boyfriend) from the comic series. (Though, some cover arts give her two eyes instead.)
hand is too detailed. (creepy)
and also too big.
shoes have outline, everything else doesnt.
