You’re really coming across as rude to some people here. Some people don’t yet believe they can just go work it off and it’s easier for them to go from 10 hamburgers (or whatever) a day to pounds of vegetables.

When the FUCK did this turn into some sort of diet advertisement?

Diets are bullshit unless your doctor orders you to do it.
Everyone else: get yer lazy butts to the gym and sweat that shit out! And stop accidentally all the food!

That is ALL you need to do: Eat like a sensible person and work out.

Also, Phil Staples. He was somewhere close to 430 pounds (after eating hamburgers and such at truck stops) and switched to juice for a while before eating a plant-based diet and got down to about 225 pounds.

Switching diet is of great use, too. Robert Gibbs (who was 764 pounds and couldn’t walk up stairs at the time) can tell you that. He was eating fried foods and pizza (among other things?) and one big change he made was switching to vegetables.

Here’s how he was:

(Yes, that’s a real photo.)

He lost over 250 pounds since that photo was shot and can walk around now. Back in early 2012 he had to be carted on the stage for the Dr. Phil show because he couldn’t even walk for very long.

Nope, not lay your fucking head down and enjoy tummy rubs.
I mean..if that’s okay with you…
