Is the Stalker.
 
He’s a Tenno who acts as a random miniboss that can appear at any level or mission. The requirement of his appearance is that you have to at least kill one boss.  
He drops many rare blueprints, which can only be received from him. His ranged weapon is a bow, his secondary weapon are throwing knives and his melee weapon are either dual axes or sword. These weapons can be built from the blueprints dropped by him.  
Despite being a miniboss, he is extremely powerful and sometimes more powerful than any boss you’ve faced before. He will only hunt one player in a server, but you can guess his appearance from the sudden flickering lights in the surrounding area. He will kill anything in his path, player or enemy.
 
I’ve faced him once in a low level server with a level 8 Mag (my second Warframe). He was extremely dangerous and the only reason I won was because he glitched and got stuck in the wall.
