Fun fact: During Xmas, piñatas are filled mostly with oranges, peanuts, sugarcane, tojocotes (a kind of hawthorn), confetti, flour and lastly, candy.

Also, piñatas, or at least the star model AB is breaking are made with old clay pots, so you have to dodge not only the stick but also the pieces of clay that may hit your head.
