I’ve seen worse. honestly the biggest issue I can see with this is a total lack of shading on every part but the horse half. adding in some muscle tone, especially on her human belly would add some movement and life to this picture as well. also, her left arm is smaller than her right arm.

part of the issue with the hands is with that long of a palm the fingers look stubby, so it accentuates the hand’s width, while the hand is already rather long.

I think if you bent the fingers, the hands wouldn’t look quite so disproportionately huge. Or, at the very least, they’d be in a more natural pose. Also, the realistic horse limbs and the cartoonish human half are a disconcerting contrast. The pointy ears I don’t mind, but some people can’t stand them. Hope this helps.
