As the duo depart, black clouds covered the night sky and heavy rain starts to fall, causing Spike and Twilight to get soaking wet. Once the duo searches for shelter, Spike and Twilight jumps into the cab of a moving train to get themselves dry. Twilight shakes her body to dry herself, but the water sprinkles straight to Spike. All of a sudden, the duo spotted wooden crates that says TO NEW YORK CITY written outside. Given the fact that Spike and Twilight has never heard the name New York City before, Twilight realizes that the Everfree Forest has a portal barrier that makes the duo end up going to the human world.
