As a diabetic, I find this image incredibly insensitive.

Three helpless sleeping fillies. Alone. Unexpecting of any danger. But they didn’t know I was there. I would put on my best rape face and sneak ever so quietly up to them; They’d never see it coming. Carefully and silently I would reach for them with my expertly dexterous hands and wrap a soft blanket around them so gently as not to disturb their sleep, then carefully tuck it under their hooves so it wouldn’t fall off of them in case they stirred.
 
Then I’d walk away feeling triumphant and satisfied, making a point to tip-toe away so I wouldn’t awaken them.

Nopony should ever leave this much cute laying around. It’s dangerous.
