I’m impressed.
I also wrote a Noir dieselpunk history, it was supposed to be mostly an excuse to be able to fly around in a 50’s styled hoverbike but I got so caught up on it that I ended up developing a huge arching story about underground racing with police chases literally through buildings and stuff.
It’s what I do.
I’ve finally beat depression down myself long enough to start my own stories.

Heh, I’m more into fantasy and sci-fi myself. Modern stuff’s just so depressing. It’s all pointless wars, courrupt politicians and how we’re ruining the enviorment. And how so many people don’t seem to realise that this is actually happening.

Yeah, I’m writing the story for a game a friend and I are making and I was like three months thinking how an ex-cop could have access to military hardware.
Of course, I just said “fuck it” and went with the black market option. I really need to re-write that part, but I’m too damn lazy to.

I know, that’s what I’ve been told. I just wish I could do my writing, if I had the motivation I could write a full length story arc in three days. And I at least try to make my OP characters seem reasonable. To me at any rate.
One thing I can give advice on: Don’t give up on it. It’s better to try and fail than to just throw the towel.
I’m trying to work on that, the problem is that my brain keeps sabotaging me so I can’t tell if I’m making any progress. I also don’t have much in the way of persistance and patience, so if it’s taking to long without any visible improvments then it seems like a waste of time, which I don’t like.
I wish I could give you advice on that. Most of my social problems is that I sound like an asshole even when I’m trying to be nice.
That’s just what I think.
I’m not sure that’s how it works. Saying Celestia must per definition have every power any Unicorn has ever had, is actually against the show, wherein it had to be Shining Armor, specifically, to shield Canterlot.
And the comics are only as canon as one wants them to be.
Heh, I do the same thing almost all the time. I usually find it easier to find motivation for things when you’re doing it with someone else.

No, just a thought on my ideas. I suffer from motivation problems so I can never start anything, or finish what I do start.

I would have loved to see EvilShota(tm) get slapped around by all the furniture in the room… getting assaulted by berserk candleholders while trying to hold back a rampaging table is not fun, I guess :)
