I don’t think you’re understanding me at all. Let’s both take the guy under you’s advice and ignore the anatomy and just focus on the fact that the image is meant to be sexy and fun and just leave it at that.
. . . did you not read a word of what I said? It does not matter how one chooses to distort proportions - you first need an actual understanding of anatomy. Also, a design needs a certain amount of balance for visual strength.
Cartoons don’t follow anatomy perfectly dude. You can’t expect the most successful of art to revolve around perfect flawless anatomy. Look at Picasso’s art.

Not only am I likely older than you, but I am also an artist myself. An artist needs a good foundation of knowledge about anatomy before they try exaggerating it. The balance on this design is completely off because of her stumpy legs.
