The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

I’ll have to give it a watch myself but I really don’t expect much. Might just be a missed opportunity that has to be done with and moved along.

Yeah, I guess the “high-school” thing was a bit cliche’. Regardless, I still enjoyed the movie. It’s not something I’ll watch a million times, but it was ok, and it was kinda interesting seeing what the characters would be like human, and I like how they kept them in-character. (Of course, they’re more adorable as ponies.)

I wouldn’t mind them making an E.G. spinoff TV series, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the quality of the pony show to much, or “replace” it. (Oh man, the drama that would cause…)

Actually, all they told the DHX staff to do (according to Meghan, it’s writer) was just to make a movie of them as humans. That’s it. So the show’s staff had alot of freedom with it.

Hasbro’s not really as meddling with the show, and comic as people think according to the staff. So if you don’t like something in the show, it’s not always Hasbro’s fault.

At its core, EQG is ultimately about an entire highschool turning furry so that they could stop Satan from taking over the world.

I like to imagine that this is exactly how Hasbro pitched it to the show staff.
