Here’s one im sure most people have thought about. Trixie as Rachael Alucard with Snips and Snails ans Nago and Gii respectively.
I think Braeburn could be a perfect Bang Shishigami.
Vinyl Scratch as Lambda could be a good match too (DJ technology all the way)
Great. now all we need to do is cast Bang Shishigami. I figure Rainbow Dash but that would be too obvious.

In another note Octavia could be Rachel (classy as hell characters).
Big Mac as Iron Tager (This one is obvious for many reasons).
Fluttershy could be Tsubaki too in some sense because of their colours and their personality.
Trixie as Carl or Relious for their cocky and pretentious character.
Derpy as Taokaka (hyped and excited characters with not very much intelligence but great spirit).
Thats all well and good, But who would be the Boobie Lady? :D

Applejack: Jubei (the Strongest, down to earth)
Rainbow Dash: Valkenhayn (the Loyal Servant, tends to savagery when angered)
Rarity: Hakumen (the White Void, most likely to force her way)
Fluttershy: Platinum (the Affectionate, but also Naive and Vulnerable)
Pinkie: Terumi (the Joker, also can be batshit insane and very powerful)
