It was actually supposed to be her name, but Hurricane Fluttershy forgot to use the new name in the script, so we got Cloudchaser, with the Elements of Harmony book having it as Stormwalker.

Now Cloudchaser just implies Stormwalker to avoid tagging confusion and junk.
