I just have to point this out, this is the first paragraph of the artist’s comments;
 
Everyone’s been having so much fun making icons for programs that I couldn’t help but join in. I was downloading icons for my favorite programs and thought that the Utorrent icon looks a little like Winter Willow… so here’s Winter Willow, the uTorrent icon.
 
In other words, he used his original character as an icon due to similarities. The characters design was already created, and he’s had her for so long that I doubt he’ll change it.

The CM looks like a discolored willow tree to me.
 
That one braid blocking her eye is bothering me. I think it would look better if it was moved out of the way. Maybe off to the left.

Although the ties in the mane and tail are a bit much, and the cutie mark confuses me a little, I am going to make this my new uTorrent icon.
