I’m not the only one to notice Twilight’s wings seem to be on her ass, am I?

Yeah, it wouldn’t hurt to have more extra features, and concept art would be awesome. (Even the “Super Mario 3: Complete Series” DVD had that on the “Writer’s Bible” disc when you watch the character profiles, and stuff.)
I don’t care that much for commentaries honestly… (I don’t know why people are belly-aching about that so much.) Most of the ones I’ve heard on DVDs are quite dull, and the only amusing ones I’d listen to more then once are the Goonies, (which actually had the original kid actors grown-up in a panel) and Weird Al’s priceless commentary for “UHF.”
Your right about this, it’s just that the First Season DVD of FIM actually did have Audio Commentaries {6 of them, to be exact}, which makes the lack of commentaries for the later seasons all the more disappointing.
But I guess I can understand why there aren’t any other commentaries. The Cast and Crew are probably too busy to work on them these days, and from Hasbro’s perspective it would be cheaper to simply take something you can get from the internet {Like the Comic-Con/Brony-Con Panel’s that the 2nd and 3rd season DVD’s have} and just apply it as a special feature. But, I do think it would be nice if one of the DVD’s had some concept art of the show at least.
So? They should, especially for season DVDs.
Most cartoon show DVDs don’t have commentaries actually as I tried to point out.
Lame. Peter Jackson and Ridley Scott overindulged me with DVD commentaries
@Josh103
Every single cartoon TV show DVD I own doesn’t have commentaries either. Only one that does is “Freakazoid: Season 1,” but that’s only for 2, or 3 episodes.
@kleptomage
Sometimes I get the feeling that Hasbro’s given up on quality control when it comes to MLP…
Again, no commentaries, so again I’m not in any hurry to order it. And we really could’ve used some commentaries on some of these episodes.
I was referring to Hasbro’s general lack of effort in reusing vectors for all the merch. The vectors used for Twilight, Spike, and Rainbow here I know I’ve seen before. The others may be new vectors or may not be. Pinkie’s vector looks like it’s from those German comics.
The cover of a DVD is supposed to sell it to people. I already preordered the DVD because I must have it but objectively the cover is a lazy paste job. It’s embarrassing. The covers for seasons one and two at least had real backgrounds and not gratuitous sparkles.
Twilight’s neck looks like it’s gonna snap apart.
I don’t know, I never saw these vectors before personally.
Way to spoil the ending.
