Anybody else had the thought of “make out already!” after reading RD’s/Twi’s lines? ^^;
Word of the artist:
Part of the Thousand Lights comic, set after the events of Cruel Fate.
Twilight’s costume is enchanted to change her appearance (turns her hair and eyes white).
Rainbow’s costume is a Wonderbolt power suit, designed to to enhance the physical limits of the wearer.

More like a mix of Raven/Batgirl with some Storm leadings (hair/eyes). But yeah, she really rocks that style! <3
