Once the “artist” made an alteration to it and added Sombra’s head, it became Sombra. It’s very similar to a ‘Blonic scenario’ in which even though there was only a single minor change, it is now a different character.

Again the discussion? In two pics that are actually the same? Between the same two users? For the gender of the creature depicted in a picture based on edit of another picture which I already declared not to be a r63 and also to be totally female?
 
Man I’m starting to get tired of this. Look, this internet conundrum will never be solve. I don’t know what the gender of this belly dancer-sombra-thing is (and I don’t actually want to know anymore), but I say, once again, that the gender of the orignal is FEMALE, because is Nightmare Moon with Sombra’s outfit and body color scheme.
 
I still don’t get why everyone seems to believe that this is a genderbent Sombra, and not a color/details altered NNM. Anyway…

I already had. You widened the thong and added what I presume are supposed to be testicle bulges but are undoubtedly more remeniscent of swollen labia.

Still isn’t made male by the removal of the top. He doesn’t seem to get that there needs to be some meat between those loins for it to be male.
