My take is they’re all straight. The reason why is that I can’t see any reason to think they aren’t.

My take on this matter
 
Twilight- Straight, but open to “experimentation”  
Dash- Prefers mares, but some stallions are good too. It all depends on the pony (I’m looking at you Soarin’)  
Applejack- Straight, knows she’s not a lesbian because she’s tried it before and didn’t like it  
Fluttershy- Bi all the way. Very hedonistic when it comes to sex. “Sluttershy” anyone?  
Rarity- Bi, but in MAJOR denial about it. Is open to lesbianism as long as it is “a little thing between such good friends”  
Pinkie- Bi, and loving it.

Twi - Straight (Why would a female date another female? It has little to no sense)  
AJ - Straight as fuck.  
Dash - Probably lesbian but who knows.  
Rarity - Straight but will pretend being interested in other females if it benefits her somehow.  
FS - Pansexual but platonic only.  
PP - Everything that moves and a good deal of things that don’t move.

@BP: Are you sure that’s how it works? I was always under the impression that the difference between Y and Y7 was violence.

The reality: None of the Mane 6 will ever get into a relationship. This show is still TV-Y and anything relationship wise would boost its rating.
