Heh, maybe. But again, those are basically just literal translations based on what each individual word means.
Like PwnyPony mentioned, Fus Ro Dah is usually translated “Unrelenting Force” rather than “Force Balance Push”.

Okay them but to be honest I was expecting someone to give a joke meaning to “yay”.
Something like how Fus Ro Dah is called Unrelenting force then Fus Ro Yay would be Unrelenting DAWWW.
The closest I could come up with was “Fus Ro Yah” meaning “force balance seek”.
So wait if she is saying “Fus Ro Yah” not only is she dovakin, she is also a freaking jedi!
The closest thing to “Yay” seems to be “Yah”, which means to seek, I think.
So, Fus Ro Yah = Force Balance Seek, literally.
Whereas Fus Ro Dah = Force Balance Push, literally.
I’m only gathering this from the wiki, so anyone more steeped in Elder Scrolls lore than I could probably tell you better.
“Fus” means force “Ro” means balance “Dah/yay” means push.
