True, although if you think about it it’s pretty obvious. “Putting Your Hoof Down” showed that Fluttershy is basically a pony Bruce Banner.

and for a more recent thing, while not really important Black Lightning was in Young Justice, him and Vergil (in YJ) worked together in the final episode and he offered to mentor Vergil
He’s a DC hero, and it’s likely Dash with have powers other then speed and the lighting bolts would then mean electric.
On a note, if you know of Static Shock and remember the old hero “Soul Power” that was meant to be Black Lighting but there was some legal issues, and if you have seen Super Friends and know of Black Vulcan, that was once again meant to be him.
I never heard of that guy. Interesting, though.

Also, Black Lighting is actually a hero.
For me Dash’s outfit makes me thing of Black Lighting, more from having more then one lighting bolt and they are yellow.
Haven’t seen much of Dash’s “hero” in the ep from the commercials. We’ve seen Applejcak having a glowing lasso, Flutters being the hulk, and spike doing a batman like kick.
And its alluded they all have superpowers (except spike).
Just went by the costumes on the last one. Livewire would also work.
They’re actually really different characters, personality wise at least. All versions of the Flash have been jovial and cheerful to some degree, while Quicksilver is consistently surely, arrogant and disrespectful (which got a rather neat explanation: His power causes him to perceive the rest of the world as extremely slow, and having to interact with people so slow drives).
