It’s mostly NLR it would seem. Personally Luna’s much better as a grumpy serous Straightmare stoic it even fits with the whole Nightmare Moon, never allowed herself to express she was feeling overshadowed ect
Confession time; the one and only pony-related fanfic I’ve ever touched is Stardust, so I’m not exactly a participant on the fanfiction set, and wouldn’t know if it’s still filled with NLR types.
I like both sisters, and don’t understand why so many must constantly try to set them against each other.
Its more of the endless “luna is awesome” shit for the past three years kinda burnt out any love for Luna, and these comics now just read like a bad fanfic, in fact I’ve READ a few fanfics just like this issue
Maybe, but with all these anons fawning over how cute Tia’s bedhead is, rounding on the one guy that says “+Luna” just made the comment seem really out of place.

Uh, dude, I consider myself a Celestia fan, but don’t you think that comment might have been just a little bitter?
He was just expressing his delight at some of Luna’s antics; that’s hardly on the level of suck that a squealing NLR imbecile maintains.
They probably just use magic to fix their hair into that “ethereal” state; Celestia’s just being a lazy bum, and hasn’t used it since she woke up.
Because Celestia always gets the short end
I love that Luna had fights with Owlbears and Manticores and not a hair is out of place.
