Because on any normal occasion, Humdrum wouldn’t be worth spraying, because he always messes up. Unfortunately for Mane-iac, the Humdrum she was talking to wasn’t the usual klutz, he was a being that has more depth to him than just being the comic relief.
Mane-iac escapes comic book world as she’s super butthurt. She goes looking for the one responsible for her defeat (Spike). She finds him and instead of just full-on murdering him they end up knocking boots.
How’s that sound?
