The Uwe Boll one is far worse then G4 not existing, also G4 has to exist or it would make a paradox as there would then be no Discord to do any of this, Discord wouldn’t wipe himself from existence or be so dumb to let Uwe Boll have a chance to rewrite him into something stupid.  
In other words, Discord would not do ether.

Technically, SOPA can’t touch OC’s.
 
You can easily take the first one, introduce your own “OC” cast (Applejack and Spike would have to be changed to other names), and simply not sell it to anybody but Hasbro themselves. they can’t touch you if you don’t sell it, and you aren’t copyright infringing if you are using your own characters.
