At 1024 pixels wide, that’s approximately 0,75 pixels per second, not one pixel per frame.

My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

You can sort of make out the individual scenes in each episode from these. For example, each barcode has a narrow purple line at some point near the left end. That’s the title credits (which have a purple background) that come on after the cold opening. The wide black strip on the right end is the end credits, obviously. Sudden changes in color or brightness usually indicate scene shifts (day/night, indoor/outdoor, ground/sky etc.)
