I was thinking a mix of Twilight Princess enemies with the non-physical manifestation of Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Changlelings are a fine interpretation. It seems that, as explained on one of the picture’s comments, that the outfit she’s wearing allows her to disguise herself. I am going to assume, going by what Dash said, that this is some sort of Mare-Do-Well disguise.
