If you applied logic to shipping then you wouldn’t have very many ships. Going by characters he’s interacted with, the only other girl Spike might possibly like is Sweetie Belle (which makes a lot of sense, but that’s beside the point).
Unlike Rarity, Trixie has no gems on her butt. That’s a dealbreaker for Spike.
