I decided that, since none of the Crusaders would have a “stare” ability like Fluttershy, Rumble would have a pet fruit bat, giving him the most experience with bats, just not vampire bats. And being the element of generosity, he would be the one who would want to generously give a small portion of the apple orchard to the bats.
