It’s not meant for them to wear when flying, as I said in another post about the outfits it’s like the matching team tracksuits used at the Olympics, they wear them outside of the competition.

Is it weird that my one problem with this is that the uniforms need to be more aerodynamic?

Not really. It all depends on which episode you’re watching. There has been little consistency or development on that point.

Totally missed that.

The thing I like about it is that it’s a subtle example of Fluttershy’s character development. She’s always had difficulty interacting with ponies outside of her immediate circle of friends, but this episode has her interacting with one of the loudest most boisterous ponies in the show and she’s comfortable with it. In earlier seasons, she would probably have been terrified by him.

Yeah, as far as Bulk goes you can take him or leave him, but Flutterhshy’s attentiveness around him was super cute.

Whether people like this shipping or not, Fluttershys interaction with Bulk was absolutely adorable, and honestly (in my own opinion)some of the best interaction Flutters gas had with a Male character.
 
Though I still think Fluttershy is best with Discord.That wont stop me from enjoying Bulk as a character.

I’ve mentioned it before, but it bears repeating: the writers have apparently concluded that Fluttershy has a thing for big ugly bruisers. The manticore, Iron Will, Discord, and now Bulk Biceps.
 
I actually think it’s more “motherly” than sexual, though–she just sees them as big overgrown children who need affection.

All shipping arguments aside, good choice by the writers to have flutter shy and bulk biceps in multiple shots because it makes for hilarious contrast

Yeah, it pains me to point this out, but Bulk is far, far bigger than Fluttershy. Being “small” relative to his body would be a good thing in this case.

For all we know, Fluttershy is into that.

3 things I must say on this image.  
1 - Rarity, your design is beautiful buuut for optimal speed you must get sleek, streamlined and sexy. Not cute sadly.  
2 - Bulk and Fluttershy have no potential for shipping cause he’s scared of butterflies. He didn’t freak out in the episode cause it didn’t catch his attention.  
3 - What kind of shipping fuel do you want? With as much steroids as he has, I don’t think the wings will be the only thing small on him, if you catch my drift.

Maybe if Bulk was someone to take seriously this ship would have more to it. He’s got more character than Big Mac, but he’s still a joke.

I wonder about that butterfly thing. It wouldn’t shock me that it had something to do with Fluttershy, since pink butterflies scare Bulk, but not blue ones. But what could it be?

i find it funny that this ship seems popular judging by the number of people making these images asking for shipping, but still there is like barely any art of the ship

Interaction between two females is one thing, but when it’s the opposite gender, there’s no stopping the love train. This whole episode is causing a paradigm shift in the shipping community.
