Oh, now I get it. I was just confused with anime fanservice.
@wselfwulf
I know that. It’s not like I don’t want the fandom to watch it. I don’t mind the fans, as long as they don’t start drama.
Fan Service is anything that’s added in to please the audience. It could be a bikini shot or it could be Derpy getting major screen time. It isn’t always sexual.
Pandering is more what politicians do to get votes.
Fanservice involves more than sex. The stuff that isn’t sexual usually gets called pandering around here.
who said it was for the kids?, this is a show that adds jokes that kids don’t (or shouldn’t) get.
That’s… not the answer I was looking for.
I mean, if Rarity getting her mane wet not sexual, since it’s a kids show, what’s the point of calling this a fanservice?
people like to complain about anything they can.
If it’s fan service, then why people didn’t complain about it? Is it because is not sexual?
just damn.
If Dash has a wet mane no real change. Applejack, just flatter. Pinkie pie, she’ll laugh it off. Fluttershy wouldn’t make a fuss and Twilight is more mad about being wet at all rather then her mane.
Like Itsthinking put it, it’s mostly that Rarity’s, having the most elaborate style, draws the most attention.
Speak for yourself.
Except in this mud ponii’s case, getting wet does not increase her sexiness factor by any degree.
DUH
I mean its perfectly curly-schwoopy
