And there’s some states in the south that require them to have a reason for stopping you, because they were getting too many “Driving while X” type lawsuits. So what do they do? Just go and make shit up and if you question them you’re ‘resisting arrest.’

99% of the time you shouldn’t need a video recorder. Just a sound recorder should be sufficient, which is much easier to hide if you’re worried your partner might be creeped out by being recorded. Also there’s less opportunity for blackmail with an audio recording.

I remember an episode of one of the csi shows where they’re interrogating a guy and when he tells them that he was overpowered by three women the start talking shit to them because he couldn’t handle them and they didn’t believe his story.

Like all those episodes of Law & Order where they arrest a suspect and drill him for raping the victim, ruin is career and life when it wasn’t even him.

There was a case like that in Finland recently. A woman regretted having drunk sex with a guy and falsely accused him of raping her.
 
It turned out they had videotaped the entire act and she forgot about it. Oops.

The whole “Because he got hard” or “he came” should be irrelevant because the male reproductive system is mechanical and automatic and only needs to be stimulated whether the guy likes it or not.

You know what is the greatest bullcrap when you think about it? Well let me start off with I am TOTALLY 9001% against rape; but in some states raping of men isn’t even recognized as a crime and also including prison rape then men are raped more often actually.
 
There needs to be a nation wide bill that nationally defines what rape is and define it in a way that regardless of a person’s gender the assailant is the one that gets prosecuted, cause to be honest I’m fucking tired of how society shames the victims regardless.
 
 
What I mean by that is the whole bullcrap of, “men can’t get raped cause if they didn’t like it they wouldn’t get hard” or the bullcrap of, “If it was legitimate rape then her body would have rejected the semen and cause she got pregnant that means it wasn’t rape” needs to go right the fuck out the window.
 
Rape is rape regardless of a person’s gender and the fact that the law doesn’t recognize it as even a crime in some states is completely idiotic.
