A rapper who was also the host of MTV’s “Pimp My Ride.” In the show (yeah I admit I actually did watch a decent bit of “music-less MTV” during my teen years, luckily stopped just before Jersey Shore became a thing) they would basically fix beat up cars owned by college students or 20-somethings living in California, and at the end Xzibit and the guys at the body shop would go over the tune ups and new additions they put into the car to the owner.
 
One line that became well known was “we put a ___ in your __, so you can __ while you ___” (or at least something like that, it’s been a LONG time since I saw the show so I can’t say for sure if the base sentence for the meme is 100% accurate), and this lead to a meme that people associate with Xzibit.
