I understood immediately that this was a parody. Didn’t think it could be any more abviously a joke than it is. As such it did gave me a chuckle. I don’t think the problem is OP is this instance…

Simply put: If you’re going to mock someone make sure you’re smarter than him.
 
In more common words: It’s not a joke if you have to explain it.
 
Even easier: Fail at your attempt to mock someone and you’re dumber than that someone.
 
I’m saying that if you’re going to make a parody of ANYTHING make sure it’s pretty clear it’s a parody otherwise it’s not remotely funny.

Are you saying the OP should have toned down the parody, so as to be more believable as a genuine “bad OC” post, in order to fool more people into getting mad about it? Is that a thing you actually want to promote here?
 
I took this perfect storm of “bad OC” clichés (the only thing more stereotypical would be a red-and-black alicorn) as an obvious parody and believed that this was the intent all along, making it a success in my eyes.

“It’s difficult to make the parody obvious” That’s the thing, back in my days being a troll was actually an art, being clever enough to make everyone really mad and in the end they all realized that was your intention all along… but nowdays “troll” is just “your dumb ROFL I trolld u” and TRYING to be a troll just makes you fail harder than the person (thing) you’re trying to mock.
 
We all know the OCs will always hit a new low but still, making a solid parody of them is easy enough and this one didn’t even tried.

Delete all evil? And yet she couldn’t help her own sister. All the power in the world and unable to use it to protect those you love, truly a depressed character.
