I'm just big-boned!
As somebody who had a Gameboy in their youth, I absolutely love this.

@Ping_chan
I wouldn’t worry about that, my NES is older then that thing, and it still works perfectly. Plus I don’t think a Gameboy has enough electricity to catch fire.

@Prof.NightJack
Yeah, he does have 4 different shades there. His “white” overall button might be transparency though. I can’t remember.
Also, some Gameboy games had some impressive graphics actually.
The largest black-and-white GB games being “Wario Land 2,” (which had some pretty big detailed character sprites to) and “Gameboy Camera,” both at 8-megs each. (Most GB games had 4 or fewer.)

Pretty soft for a Sony.
I still have my game boy, haven’t turned it on in years… I wish I could have a Nintendo tech look it over to see if it still works. I’d hate to turn it on and it catches fire. :/

Artistically impressive.

Technically implausible though. You can’t have all four different shades on a single sprite. You’d need some serious layering tricks for that and then you’re gonna run out of OAM space fast. Not to mention the sprites-per-line limit.
