Jan animates Neon Lights. Pretty much most animations involving Neon have Jan animating them, with some ship teasing between the two. Shadyvox voices Neon, but I don’t think he has any stance on that shipping.
Also, plucky is totally MIA, so… yeah.
Also, I haven’t seen pluckyninja in long time, but I know he shipped Vinylights. He also ships SoarinDash as seen in his sexy spitfire tumblr (I miss that tumblr).
Jan is Neon Lights? I thought ShadyVox was. All these “famous bronies” I do not follow or really care for. lel
Nowacking is Nowacking and Rina-chan is Rina-chan. No clue on her orientation, though, I’m not about to comb through every post.
If you meant who Octavia is typically cast as, that’d be ElieMonty. Again, no clue, but she’s ambivalent about the Scratchtavia ship according to this.
Then again, Jan, the main animator associated with Neon Lights, appears to ship Neon and Vinyl, so we have that.
Is she now? Haha. Is nowacking the same as Rinachan though?
Oh yeah, that. Doesn’t help that the closest thing we have to an official Vinyl Scrtach (nowacking) is lesbian herself.

Jan is suppose to make an animation for it but he’s been taking so long on it.
Well he seems like an interesting character to create under.
Neon Lights is a DJ just like Vinyl Scratch. Whether or not he produces music as common fanon is beyond me. So far nobody has made music under his name like someone did with Vinyl. You can be the first.
