I’m looking at the same image as you are bud. I can’t seem to find any blood, mucus, or any other bodily fluids in the animation. It’s just an odd angle that I drew the character at. You should see the reference photo that I used. It’s more unsettling than what I drew.
Just Google “funny horse faces” I’m sure you’ll find it.
