They should just license this song and let him tear that bad boy loose with bagpipes and accordions and heavy metal guitars. I want to see the Noble Dragon Code referenced again in an episode that doesn’t have Merriwether Williams attached to it, so the whiny little bitches who foul themselves and roll around in it every time they see her name won’t shout down such a sweet and endearing little thing.

there is no reason why they should or should not. this does not add to, or take away from, anything.
it really does not matter. especially if all of the main characters get their own songs eventually anyway. so what if a background character gets thrown in the middle of that.
this is just like how rarity not getting an episode in season 3 didn’t matter because she was going to get one in season 4 anyway.
