Nah. Leningrad was a fair ways further north, up near the border with Finland.
Was surrounded and under siege for a very long time. That the place never fell is even more impressive than Stalingrad, but it gets the short end of the stick since it didn’t get a movie with Jude Law.

Leningrad is modern-day St. Petersburg, and Stalingrad is modern-day Volgograd, which is down near Kazakhstan.
