Well said. A humanized Chrissy pic can be DAMN good, if it captures the succubus vibes well. The elf look doesn’t quite capture it, but it can also work if you portray her as a (dark) fairy queen, imo. But yeah, demon/succubus woman is the best way to do it <3

For me it depends on just ‘how human’ a changling would be in the human world or tolkein-esque world. They’re shapeshifting, insectoid demons that feed on love. (I’ve always felt the only reason they even resemble ponies in shape in Equestria is likely cause of adaptation.) I kind of prefer humanizations of Chryissy far more demon-like then human, more along the lines of anthro, like you mentioned Chysalislover.
 
She should be as dramatic and intimidating in a human setting as she is in a pony setting, in my opinion. The elf look just doesn’t cut it. (not criticizing the artist, its lovely art, just my opinion on how she should look)

Not at all. Coming from someone who generally prefers humans over ponies, I myself am more enamored with Chrysalis’ canon form or anthro depictions of her, rather than humanized.
