Why did everyone assume this had to be Big Mac’s daughter anyways? There’s like a million Apple family members all over Equestria her mother or father could be any one of them. (Aside from the ones that are too young or too old to have children, obviously.)

I’m curious now. Hasbro’s marketing team has to be pandering to us, first with interchangeable Appledash™, then with this, what can be seen as official vague shipping adopts, I think they be playing us.

On one hand, she looks like a byproduct of a threesome between Big McIntosh, Fluttershy, and Cheerilee. On the other hand, anything is possibly coincidental.

Give it blue eyes and you can make a new one called Baby Fluttershy.

…and I’m just now realizing that Apple Sprout is a yellow pony with a pink mane. What other yellow ponies with pink manes have folks shipped with Big Mac?

Of the toys they made, I kinda actually wanted to see Pinkie Pie’s Boutique be a thing.

I’ll give the “So Soft Newborns” toy line credit: they’re far less creepy than the… shudder… Newborn Cuties…
 
…Still slightly creepy, though. But hey, at least these things haven’t ended up on the show, along with some of the other weird toy things.
 
…You know something? Not only are there several toys that have not and probably will not ever appear on the show (Applejack’s truck, anyone?), there are several things from the show that you’d EXPECT to have toys made of, but Hasbro never did. Take, for example, Fluttershy’s modelling career or the Grand Galloping Gala dresses Rarity made. As far as I know, there are no toys that come with those outfits. I don’t think the mane six bridesmaid dresses ever got made into toys either. …Or the “Princess Twilight Coronation” dresses…

How do we know it’s a Big Mac x Cheerlilee? Or is this just an assumption? XD
