By which I mean, tweens and teens. Really, anypony who uses Paint for ten minutes and thinks it’s art. Also, they’ve some mental disorder; I can never tell which one, but I just call them special people to save time. (To be honest, I think anypony with odd mannerisms is special. Too much time with the head doctor. X3 )
