Also, ironically those other “bit” characters have pretty much become background characters, as well. They haven’t even talked sense their original episode appearance, and only make cameos now.

Derpy did destroy town hall in “Last Round-up,” (or contribute to some of it’s wrecked state) influencing the plot to that episode.

Because BG ponies that have done next to nothing or absolutely nothing to influence the plot of any episode are more important to draw than actual CHARACTERS. Theres Photo Finish but no Fancy Pants, Hoity Toity, or what not. And yet it has Derpy, Vinyl, and Octavia.

That’d be like saying having “Twilicorn” near the top ruins the whole thing. (But let’s not start that drama here, please.)

This is really epic, and I love seeing tons of characters together. (Funny how Babs gets to be both on the good side, and bad side.) Surprised Flutterbat qualifies as a villain. Nice to see the IDW-exclusive Nightmare Rarity to.
 
My favorite detail is the stitches in Trixie’s hat.
