This is Prince Havoc, son of Prince Illusion and Princess Crystal “Claire” Clarity.
 
He takes after in looks from his mother and grandmother, but also little hints from his father as well. He is 50% pony, 25% Draconeequs, and 25% Dragon. If you round that about up, considering his grandmother on his father’s side is an alicorn and his grandfather is an omnipotent draconeequs, his grandparents on his mother’s side being a powerful dragon and an element of harmony, he is a very well protected child. Despite his grandfather’s prodding and his father’s mischievous ways, Havoc is not so much of a trouble-maker as he is a good boy.
 
He is literally the sweetest thing besides cherry pie. He’s a charmer but not a lech, extremely well read, and has a panache for fashion when the time comes. His magic level is extremely high. Alongside casting powerful spells, he can appear to shape-shift (which is more like an illusion; he cannot truly change his form) and varying degrees of omnipotence (or semipotence as he likes to call it) that he cannot fully control. He gets along quite well with his cousin Azalea, daughter of Anthea and Turquoise Blitz. They visit each-other often, and were very close friends as children, however with his parents being in Canterlot most of the time he cannot see her as much, but Azalea always tries to fly over whenever she has a bit of free time.
 
Havoc is very intelligent and vies after Twilight Sparkle’s magical ability and intelligence, but is on shaky terms with her daughter Starburst. Even he is unsure why Starburst dislikes him, but many say it’s just Starburst’s no nonsense attitude that rubs Havoc the wrong way. However, Night Light and Havoc get along quite well with one-another, who looks up to him almost as an older brother.
 
He mainly inhabits the libraries but he is a very social creature and loves to be in crowds and has many friends such as his friend Bookmark, an older mare who mans the library in which he studies in, who humors his babbling and talking although she’s quite a solitary creature herself. Havoc hopes one day that he can create a new type of magic like Princess Twilight has done before.
