Judging from Chrysalis’s reaction, Fluttershy’s rage-fueled attack was totally ineffective. It’s the sort of reaction I’d expect from getting hit in the chest by a thrown pillow.
Also, using the side of your head to slam into someone’s chest seems suboptimal.
